The only thing a 19 has over a 17 is the grip length for ccing. If your that mad about it just get your grip cut to 19 length.

I mean if you've got really big hands it could be. For most people its not an issue.

Honestly for CC, I'd want something smaller than a 19 anyway and for home defense or target practice the 17 is better.
