Who makes the beefiest HBAR?
I'm looking for something along the lines of a Colt LMG's barrel. Basically looking to pick up a heavy barrel that will help absorb recoil and heat. I'm planning on outfitting the rifle with a large single chamber muzzle brake, and a 2.5-10 power scope. I want to make a setup that's ideal for drilling steel gongs within 600yds.

at 600yds any "drilling" you'll be doing won't push a standard barrel in terms of dealing with heat.

part of it is the extra mass helps keep the rifle on target. This isn't a huge issue with 1x sights, but it starts to become a problem with magnified optics. A large brake and a lot of weight helps keep the rifle still.

Not even tacticooling it up makes it not look like shit

So what you be sayin is you want a target rifle? Look at what high power/service rifle guys are doing. Most of them use SS barrels, but I know Criterion at least makes chrome lined HBAR profile barrels.
