I've always wondered how this sort of thing works for alphabet soup agencies.

I mean, we know they're monitoring the thread, but how exactly do they deliniate the workload? In all likelihood there's an algorithm similar to how PRISM works that trolls relevant websites for key terms and elevates it to another algorithm depending on relevency- but what happens after that? Does everyone who's on the clock for a given day get put in a lottery and one or two are randomly chosen for 4chan duty? Is it volunteer based? Is there even a human being monitering this at all at this point? Because the images in this thread have already been floating around the internet for a while.

Tell me, ATF/FBI/whoever the poor sap who has to sit here and sift through this garbage is- how do you do it? Why do you do it? Is it fun for you? Or just another day at the office?

It's funny though, you could make a story about that. Think about the traditional, "standardized" way most people come to become a part of 4chan: It starts with an accident or a rumor, then slowly they stumble and trip through board culture, memes and other garbage they found of ebaumsworld, ED or similar places, until they evnetually become a part of the site. So think about the opposite of that imagery- what would the antithesis of that interaction be that would still end with someone becoming a classical part of the site(you can never leave)?

My guess is that repeating messages revolt messages, active instructions, organizing and dangerous strategy discussion will be major red flags.

So unless someone outright calls for a rebellion or starts step by step instructions to fuck shit up or order people around it's pretty unlikely that the agencies are (actively) watching.
