Whether it was needing some work done on an old revolver that I was the 3rd owner of, a 3rd gen that I wad the 2nd owner of, or because I was an idiot and didnt know my m&p had a mag safety, they've always fixed the issue. Their warranty is awesome, and their customer service will hold your hand and explain things to you like You're a 3rd grader if they need them to

I've seen that. The price isn't crazy, but being a gift from my grandfather and being that old I want it as close to original as possible and Wilson parkerizes the gun and I'm pretty sure they convert the chamber to 3". The Wilson thing did make me want to pick up a newer (80s-80s 870) from a pawn shop and send it in to be cut down to 18", be parkerized, and have ghost rings put on to try 3 gun with.

Will give a third on Ruger. I broke the springs in my Ruger SR9C while trying to take the chassis apart by being a retard. Even admitted it was my own damned fault and ruger paid to have it shipped out to them and ship it back to me. Fixed it for free and because they repair the handguns here in AZ, I had a total turn around time of about 5 days.
