It might not be useful on the offensive, but the Flak 41s were pretty good there, so I'm probably wrong.

well since counterattacks are a thing that tend to happen i'd say its always good to have some on hand

Flak 41 - 7407 kg
Pak 43 - 4750 kg

It would be nearly impossible to move it by hand as could be done with the earlier Pak 38 and Pal 40, but it could be deployed in a similar fashion to the Flak 36/41 in an even less amount of time.
