My Dad's a retired Infantry Officer from the USMC and my older bro is a 0331 Machine gunner in the USMC

If you're going for analogies:
The Apache is an F15. The gold standard.
The (Super) Cobra is an F16. Competent, nimble, and cost effective but not as heavy hitting or capable as the F15.
