I actually carry one of these every day (gerber ghoststrike fixed blade) and it is fucking great fora defensive pigsticker. The sheath can accept the knife facing left or right, and it snaps into place like a kydex gun holster.

You can orient the belt loops to carry it horizontally, though I don't recommend it because (at least for me) in that configuration one belt loop interferes woth my getting combat grip on the knife.

The handle is excellent for stabbing or slashing, and has a super fucking grippy texture. The knife is lightweight as hell.

Only complaint is minor: maybe would like one that is IWB? Not sure.
