What if someone made a gun that kind of pump fired the trigger. It would work well on these really big guns.
Once you press the trigger, the trigger chamber goes back and then moves to the original position. Keeping your finger in the same place is going to press the trigger again when it comes back to the original position.
Also whoever registers this world changing tech from me, at least pay me a trip to the land of the free so I can shoot it.

Kinda like it but in my idea all that moves is the trigger and the new part, the trigger chamber. I bet it would be easier to do with a weapon that uses a firing mechanism that resembles the one of an Uzi.
