Depends on the 'stealth'.

BAE had the concept that a 'stealth' tank would be a tank with adaptive camouflage that would effective project an image of what was behind the tank to maintain 'cover' while stationary and use insulation and batteries to hide heat from the tank itself.

I think they decided with current tech that it's unfeasible as a concept but it was definitely floated as an idea for the British Scout program that got the ASCOD.

I don't know how Poland thinks it's 'tank' will achieve stealth but I assume just radar absorbent paint on a rebuilt T-72 would achieve the same idea.
