unless you can find a seller who will accept money in bitcoin you aren't going to be able to make an untraceable gun in any way that would matter should you need to hide a gun.

If you want to make something fun and figure out how a gun works then finishing a gun like that is a good project but other than that you're not getting shit out of a 'ghost build' other than that.
