Closest you're likely to find is something with a reversible belt clip. Don't think there's many knives that are specifically marketed as IWB.

You know you can just clip the folder IWB right?

You could also buy something like a Spyderco G-clip for 10 bucks and attach it to any kydex sheath with properly spaced holes.

I'd go for a Spyderco Moran or a Spyderco Perrin Street Beat

It's gonna have to be pretty small, maybe consider a neck knife. IWB for knives sucks.
