It's not a machine grade lubricant, for starters.
It burns too fast, and will gum shit up.
I mean compare it to other oils/lubes/greases used in varying firearms:
CLP, Militec, SLIP 2000, LSA, Transmission Fluid, Motor Oil, silicon grease, ball bearing grease, tetra grease, Hoppes, TW25B.
All of them are machine grade lubricants.
Hell even the newer non-toxic lubes with fragrances like Frog Lube are machine grade.

They're very comfortable to shoot. Have to have FOREARMS and SHOULDERS to shoot them for extended periods, but if you're just cracking off a few rounds at the range, front heavy rifles are a pleasure to shoot.

You may be fine with a POS CAR or M4 or even an MOE stock, it looks like the rest of us are going to need something beefier that can take a riser

That's battle rifle territory as soon as you add an optic. At that point I'd take a G3 or FAL any day of the week and twice on sunday over a bone stock 8.5lb AR
And anyone with a fucking brain shouldn't trust a piston AR unless it's an AR-18, a Taiwanese Type 65 (or variant), or a HK416 (Itself copying the Type 65)

I 70% agree, it is nitpicky. BUT the whole point of the gun is to bring the good features of the AR and AK together. It basically just brings the worst characteristics together, makes them even worse, and then adds a few new problems.

High rail height is a pretty valid complaint when you look at it as an AR. It's shaped like an AR, it should have the handiness and ergonomics of an AR, but doesn't. That's a problem.

I agree I have no fucking idea why anyone would want to buy something like that because the AR is fine you don't need a dumb upper like that, but come on, dude. That charging handle is something I should like, I do like the HK style of handle, but the complaints are very valid about that.
