Polarized might help. What definitely can help is cowitnessing the dot with a peep sight, it basically helps focus light from the dot straight through your cornea instead of bouncing around and creating that fuzziness.

Also make sure you're focusing on your target when using a dot, and not the dot itself as if it were iron sights.

Honestly it's about owners not breeds.
