I'm going to assume you're serious mainly because someone actually shooting regularly with an airgun is better than most of /k who likes the idea of weapons rather than actually practicing with them.

This isn't a great gun but most people can't outshoot it. Let's get you to where you are being held back by your gun.

1. Put a target at 10m, and shoot your gun off sandbags. Get an identical sight picture each time. Don't worry about correcting your shot. We're looking for the gun's potential here. We determine that with groups. You'll shoot 5 round groups. And I want 4 of them. This will give you an idea of what the smallest target you can realistically hit is.

2. Adjust sights so they are on target. You can use 3 round groups for this. None of this single shot zeroing bullshit.

3. Field positions. Prone, Sitting, Kneeling. Work on getting decent in each of those. You actually stand to improve most in standing, but is more complicated. The airgun/22 standing for competition position is not the same as "practical" standing. So you need to decide if this training for firearms or training for air rifles.

4. Reactive targets. Practice transitioning between positions with a target twice as large than is the smallest your rifle can hit reliably. When it hits it should fall down. This is lovely conditioning for you. Prone shoot and hit. Reload. Transition from prone to sit. Hit. Reload. Transition to Kneel. Etc. Plenty of practice going from relaxed stand to other positions. Work on getting faster and makings sure that you're NPOA is close. Now start shrinking that target until it's as small as your gun can shoot.
