Here are the trijicons. Kinda leaning towards these. My CZ-75 Compact is my first handgun so I'm not too familiar with site brands.

Dawson fiber optic front with blacked out rear. Additional fiber optics or dots for the rear are not neccesary and cause a distraction.

Sights require high contrast front sights, night sights like Trijicon bright & tough, meprolight suck ass because you're paying extra money for tritium inserts but no contrast front sights such as the Trijicon HD/HD XR/Ameriglos.

Truglo's fiber optic/night sight combo is a pretty good idea but it is poorly executed and has durability issues

Have the exact same sights on my CZ P01 that OP posted a pic of. Truglo TFXs I think. Love them. Not as bright as dedicated night sights at night, but the fiber optic helps during the day. Good tradeoff IMO
