I am going to guess it actually costs somewhere near $170 to manufacture complete considering its made in the US. Shop rates average about $80-90 an hour here in Texas with dirt shops going as low as $50/hr due to low oil prices forcing them to compete hard. Looks like it costs more to time to assemble it than to mill it.
