How far did those outages extend? I'm a burger but drove home from Montreal to Detroit yesterday and only had sporadic service the entire time. Normally I can roam with 4G on Rodgers or Telus with no problem all over Ontario and Quebec.

however, in the long term collapse I'm pretty fucked. I have nowhere to bug out to and I'm not delusional enough to think I'd survive long term inna woods (I do have a bob that's designed more for like an evacuation in case of fire or something, I wouldn't survive off it for more than a couple weeks, a month max)

in case of long term total social collapse, best I can do is to bug in for a few months, wait out the chaos and inevitable starvation of people who have 2 days of food in the fridge and 3 days in the super markets; wait out the exodus and local farmers dealing with that shit: starve-offs of horses that were repelled by farmers; horde raids and then starve offs of those that overran farmers, because they eat everything they found on the farms but don't know how to make more; etc.

basically, hopefully hold out quietly at home until the initial chaos settles down and only those capable of surviving are left, then when my food supply runs out, bug out and hope my skills as paramedic are good enough for some stable and secure community to take me in and let me work on their land, do my part in security rotation and offer my medical services and some med supplies I plan to bring with me,

i must be honest, it appears that the parts are numbered with electro pencil so some parts may be made from other rifles.
the stock is also an AVT stock, and has a few storage scratches on it.

the rifle is in good functioning order with a nice bore and good rifling. it shoots just fine the two times i brought it to the range.

i'm honestly just selling it because i already have a Mosin nagant and an SKS, so this rifle feels like a hybrid version of the two.
