And that's how perfect BTR-82A was born
>>34753069
Does it still have the fuel tanks in the doors?
>>34753069
>what about enemy APC etc?

>Duct taping a Konkurs to the side of the turret is hard?
>>34752989
IRL IFV development broke out of this cycle at the "but what about enemy APCs" sttage was reached as soon as light and simple to use ATGMs were developed, which made the moderately-armored IFV with a badass autocannon and ATGMs the automatic king of combined arms warfare.
Or perhaps even the heavily armored IFV if we go by what the Puma became.

Seems so. BTR-82A comes without one. Also Konkurs in the year 2017. Kornet or no funding!
>>34753083
That was the BMPs.

Pls. Killing armor is still used as justification for buffing up cannons.
>muh BMP3M++
Next logical step is
>muh T-90M++
And then
>muh T-14 Armata
Ride never ends

That was just the BMP-1's. Also it's fucking diesel, flammable yes, explosive? Eh
>>34753105
30 mm would deal with bradley type APC from 2 km
