Why is KAC out? It's lighter than the Geissele mk4 and .5 oz heavier than the mk8. It's comfy and solid. Mek just built a heavy rifle and blames it on the URX apparently. I guess it has nothing to do with the UBR, 16" barrel/barrel profile, and warden on the end. You just have to shell out the money for the barrel nut wrench.

If you want quads, look at the ddm4 or the LaRue rails.

Quads are always going to be larger than ultra-slim for his penetration HSLD tube handguards, but they're not bad at all. I can easily get my summer-2012 c-clamp on my Larue rail and I only have averagely large hands.

It's quad though which means there's a picatinny version of any grip or panel you could ever want.

It's not bad indivdually you just have a hodge podge of parts. For starters loosing the carry handle sight would help a lot, carry handles really only look good on stock rifles. But with taht upper you pretty much need to go with that free float custom look.
