The Walther PPS M2 is the best subcompact single stack 9mm pistol available for conceal and carry, and anyone who thinks otherwise is a massive fucking faggot.

Never thought the PPQ was ugly but I may be biased because I really like the trigger and ergonomics and never felt that way with any other polymer pistol. What bothers me about the VP9 is that the slide release levers differs on both sides while the PPQ has similarly shaped slide release levers and magazine releases (if you get the M1 PPQ version).

The only polymer pistol that really looks ugly to me is the Beretta APX. I hear the ergonomics on that gun is superb, the trigger is pretty good, and the slide serrations are very usable but it is because of those serrations that make the gun really ugly.

Because Walther sold a license to Radom to make P99s. The Poles uglified the gun to an impossible level. For some reason, the guys at Walther found the Radom piece of shit to be fantastic and aesthetic as fuck and they used that garbage design for their next gun, the PPQ. Note that the PPX and the Creed both look like shit, too. Actually, only the P99 and the first gen PPS are good looking.

I'll give you this, im not a fan of the front serations with the giant WALTHER logo put in the middle. Fair point about the Glock, but aesthetically i actually prefer ones without finger grooves. But that may just because I hate grooves.

The stipling/grip texture on the PPQ i do like though.
