Which would be better for a daily carry, a VP9SK or a USP9 Compact? Money isn't an issue, just looking to get something really nice to have on me daily. I don't want a fucking M&P shield friends.

I've had the USP9c and I currently EDC the P30sk. I prefer the P30sk and shoot it better. For the next size up I carry the P229.
That being said between the two options presented I'd carry the USP9c as I prefer hammer over striker.

completely subjective, but since you are looking for opinions. I would chose a USP9c LEM as I prefer AIWB carry and enjoy being able to thumb the hammer on the reholster

placing your thumb over the hammer while reholstering - if you feel resistance on the hammer, that is an indication some foreign object has entered the trigger guard, it's an extra safety practice against negligent discharges.
