Most off the shelf lasers aren't going to have the power to do what you're thinking. More expensive ones WOULD, but good luck stabilizing your hand enough to keep it on the scope. I played with a buddy's really strong green laser on a building at this sort of distance once. Your minor hand shakes and movements get HUGE amplification over that much distance.
