I made my own weapon at work using rubber bands and razor blades.

I took a shit that was really pointy. If I froze it it could probably be a decent shank.

what kind of razor blades? floppy 2 edged, long with snap off sections, rectangular 1 edge (short or long), trapezoid 1 edge, etc?

when i was 14 a i made a paperclip crossbow steel ruler limbs bunch of pens as a base and a mecinesim made of paperclips as a trigger stuck (fleched) pencils in wood blocks when i got it home all stuck togather with selotape and a string of the same tape still proud of it
