it's more of an artillery piece than a tank. i imagine that it'll be able to relocate itself slowly, but still need a truck to move long distances. it's a defensive concept more than an offensive concept. imagine a defensive line of advanced drone turrets the can creep around a little. easier to deploy, too, since you don't have to drop it in the exact right spot doesn't need flat terrain to deploy. could possibly be deployed via airlift to establish rapid forward operation base defenses.
i imagine that it would be really, really, really, difficult to disable three or four of these dug in with infantry and makeshift fortifications.
i'd also like to see an integrated counter-measure system that can use the same missiles and spotter drones to deny airspace and deliver surgical strikes to mortar or artillery positions.
two trucks, or four heavy lift choppers could deploy three spider turrets and a countermeasure turret very, very quickly, and it would require dozens of tanks or hundreds of soldiers to dislodge them. that, or, cruise missiles, big big bombs, naval artillery, or MLRS saturation.

Tracks are better.
21st century warfare is all about mobility.
Shoot and scoot is impractical if you can't relocate at 40 mph
