That's because it is. It's either a m44 or a chink type 53.

If anything it's probably a Type 53(?) Chinese StumpyNugget. It wouldn't surprise me to see one end up in Flipland somehow and make it back here.

Yes they're decent, Hungarian ones tend to be issued but were made well by good factories during peacetime.

If the bore is good, give him $350 and make sure all the parts have an 02 stamp on them.
