I've actually carried one of those Iver Johnson's in 32 S&W as a backup gun. They make a decent little gutbuster at close range. Plus, they are actually rather well put together for what they are.

The Raven Arms .25 pistol actually works and isn't nearly as shit as people would have you believe. It IS a bad gun, but it's not a grenade and it does feed and eject. and the Hi-point is functionally a great pistol. It just feels and looks terrible.

all of those guns are fine when they are viewed in the proper context
if you compare the two on the right to high end handguns, then of course you will be disappointed
but they are among the best low cost handguns around and actually have (or had in the case of Ravens) decent quality considering their price

the two on the left are only bad if you try to compare them to modern handguns
