Depends on your body and how you dress, but not that hard.

I carry a 1911 a lot, and it has similar pros and cons to the hi point for carry. Both are thin which is comfy, but they are also heavy. The size doesn't bother me much, I'm 6' and have no issue with a t-shirt for concealment. With a decent belt and holster a Hi-Point can be pretty comfy to carry. Not my first choice, but works.

When the weather is right (in WA, so fairly often when it isn't summer) I CC a Hi Power OWB under a jacket or flannel with no issues. The slide is fairly thin, it should carry well enough IWB with a good belt and holster

Easier than a fullsize 1911. it's completely doable but not the best idea unless you're wearing loose-ish clothing. If you're one of those faggots who walks around everywhere in an under armor shirt or a tucked in polo you'll likely have issues. Most people get annoyed by the weight of it, personally i like the feel of a heavier gun in my pants. it's strangely comforting and you always know just where it is.

Then again i am the kinda guy who'll mexi-carry an SP01 in his PJs around the house all day so YMMV.

this, anything is possible to carry but its a matter of do you want to put up with it when it will be easier to carry a generic glock or M&P. All good cc'ing comes from proper belt, clothes and placement. Dress around the gun, dont wear tighter or shorter clothes, experiment wiith positions on you belt or look at shoulder holsters. Have a good, thick belt if yore carrying a duty sized metal framed pistol as well

I have them on my G43. I carry it in the waistband, and I just have a cheap pocket holster over it covering the trigger.

I never once had the pocket holster slide off, never once had the holster come out with the gun during drawing practice, and it's so fucking comfy to carry, I sometimes forget I'm even carrying it.

I'm also surprised that it doesn't shift much. I can have the grip covered by my waistband if I need deep concealment, or I can have the grip sticking out, like in most IWB holsters. Both have minimal printing, even with my +2 and +3 mags.

The only thing is, you gotta clean the exterior much more regularly. Sweat and moisture gets into the gun much more easily, especially on the screws holding the clip on. I'm looking for a way to protect the screws from rusting now.
