is there a flag code for all flags in the world or is it just for the american flag?
like how if its upside down, its a call of dire distress like pic related (not exactly the best example but its the most artitsitc)

i don't know, but my country's flag can turn upside down in wartime,

Actually an upside down flag usually means disrespect, and that is universal. Plus in that game it is very much meant as disrespect...

Upside down as disrepsect is relatively new compared to distress. Last yime my unit deployed they rolled up to a FOB with an upside down flag. It had been hit with a most fortuitous mortar barrage that somehow left them with no comms whatsoever.

says in the code that
>The flag should never be displayed with the union (the starred blue union in the Canton) down, except as a signal of dire distress in instances of extreme danger to life or property.

so if it applies to the american flag, what of the other flags?
