nah man I was 300lbs when I was 12 years old. When I was 13 I started counting calories and literally ate 1200 a day for an entire year to loose 100lbs. I honestly didn't even eat that much when I was 300lbs. I've been to many doctors had tests done etc. What they ended up telling me is that I just have very bad genetics for being fat. Most people who are overweight are overweight because they eat like shit and don't exercise. For some though it is largely a genetic condition.

I am not particularly worried about other citizens in a SHTF scenario. My worry is the delicate touch of the government. The government, gathering people into huge halls where absolutely nothing has been prepare in advance, then telling people to wait while they 'get things in place'.
