>counter terror competition in latin america
>USA getting absolutely rekt

explain this

The ICCTL (international competitive counter terror league) uses a handicap scoring system based on the GDP of the team's host nation. What isn't pictured is raw score, which the US wins nearly every year. Recently, a second league called COIN COMP has started scoring based on effectiveness per operator as well as creating diferent classes that teams can compete in, no NODS, iron sights only, etcetera. I hear unit 777 is actually doing well this season in the "no negotiations" bracket where all involved non operators are considered hostile.

>counter terror competition
>the main terrorist of the globe gets rekt
What's there to explain? Everything worked as intended.
>>
>>34592455
This is so well-written I can't actually tell if it's bullshit, but I feel as if the international competitive counterterror league doesn't exist.

What are you even talking about

>History: Fuerzas Comando is a competition held annually since 2004. The competition first held in El Salvador had 13 participating countries. Hosting countries include: El Salvador (‘04, ’11), Chile (’05), Paraguay (’06, ‘17), Honduras (’07), U.S. (’08 in San Antonio, Texas; ’13 canceled, No competition held that year), Brazil (’09), Dominican Republic (’10), Colombia (’12, ’14), Guatemala (’15), and Peru (’16). The U.S. team’s highest placement was during Fuerzas Comando 2015 held in Poptun, Guatemala where they placed 2nd overall. Notable performer Colombia has won the competition eight times.

Points are awarded along a sliding scale th at factors in host nation GDP, equipment used, support assets, and number of operators. It schews heavily in favor of small, under equipped teams conducting singular missions for highest possible scores. The US team usually uses the opportunity to test new equipment and tactics. We keep getting invited because the Latin nations rely on us as sort of a referee nation. They need a fall back should their "elite" team fail, they have someone they know can bail them out. We haven't fought very hard for rules amendments because it's mostly a competition amongst the Latin and Central American countries. COIN COMP was created this year for higher tier countries and more varied scenarios. Should check out some of the streams, supposedly there's going to be a non lethal division that should result is some really interesting hand to hand plays.

You got any links to coin comp info?
>>
>>34592499
Yes, US loses on purpose totally and they are not salty about it whatsoever, which is why they got a retired Delta SGM to coach them for this totally unimportant competition
>>
>>34592524
it's all NDA'ed for the remainder of the season. I'd share stream links but they keep a tight lid of manufacturer links. You may be able to find some time delay links on some .mil IRC rooms. They tend to spread a bit.
>>34592526
You know who else uses retired former "competitors" who never actually made it past state play and never went pro? High school football teams. We're not exactly bringing our A game here, anon.
>>
>>34592526
>Yes, US loses on purpose totally and they are not salty about it whatsoeve

That's not what that anon is claiming.

There is a distinct difference between

>Hurr dey must be losing on porpoise!

and

>There is handicap scoring that favors less funded Latin American units and the US doesn't really care because it's a "laboratory" to try out new TTPs
>>
>>34592464
>>34592519

fuck you idiots

usa is probably losing due to political correctness not allowing police to train against mooslime pieces of shit

other countries are not? restricted and realize what the fuck is going on
>>
>>34592424
America's top tier operators are in combat, instead of at home doing nothing.
>>
>>34592424
Because americans are dumb, fat, lazy shits.
>>
>>34592424
Honestly, the countries that scored above the USA in this comp have even MORE practice at this than the USA does.... it kinda makes sense
>>
>>34595072
Where did america touch you?
>>
Not pictured : the cartels fucking up the terrorists. Seriously a bunch of jihadis are bad for business.
