So found out I got drawn for a muzzle loader deer hunt that I can use my new crossbow on.
I've had it for a while now but have never used it and this is the perfect opportunity to learn how to be a good crossbowman.

Any question?

What kind of crossbow do you have? I was thinking of getting one recently.
>>34589996
No. We allow you to post crossbows here though because every other board besides out will likely get shit results.

Youre right
Modern bows are even more effective at killing

Heavier the grain the harder it will impact and penetrate deeper.

At the cost of accuracy and range.

Doesn't effect accuracy it's heavier so the wind has a lesser effect on a heavy grain. And yes it could effect range at very long distances, most bow kills are in a 30 yard ranged on average. If I can make a 100 yard shot on a compound bow pulling 60lbs and 150 grain arrow and tip a crossbow with twice the lbs. Can do more.
