That video is lame. It doesn't even actuate on alot of those punches, thus just making it a big fuckoff metal gauntlet for smashing things. I see the trigger for the Piston is the little rod on the front. Seems pretty unreliable, and fucks up the timing. They should really just put a manual trigger on the grip, so you can time it yourself, and it'll go off everytime - I bet that would work wayyyy better

This looks pretty dumb.
The only purpose would be smashing through a wall, but that's something explosives would be more useful for than this heavy, complicated crap.

Pneumatic makes it automatically inferior.
Use four 9mm blanks, each in what's basically its own slam-bang tube. Just make sure there's a way to extract them. Almost like a blowback system.

You'd be limited to five or so punches, but damn if they wouldn't be something to see.
