You cannot jam a TLAM. The GPS is only for supplemental purposes. Main nav is with INS+TFR+VTR. They had the ability to hit inside a 3 meter target back in the 70s. Terrain following radar is next to impossible to jam over rough terrain and inertial navigation would require you to change the gravity around the target to confuse. Both soft and hard kill of a TLAM would be impossible other than by point defense after they have terrain to mask them.
