What would be a good entry level AR that has that classic look.

I figured I'd post this here for those who of you with the Fostech meme trigger. If you have a Gen 1 Echo trigger you can call Fostech and have them ship you a Gen II trigger catch for $25. This will allow you to use any bolt carrier in Echo mode.

Kind of incredible they're still charging the same price even without a carrier included. When I first heard news about the Gen II I was salty because I just got my Gen I. At least now I'll have a perfectly good bolt carrier to throw into the parts bin.

Surprisingly good for the money. Not great, you obviously won't be getting a Razor HD for $300, but they are deffo functional. There is a difference between it and my Viper PST 1-4, but not much of one.

My biggest complaint is that the adjustment is only 1/2 MOA per click instead of 1/4 MOA. And that's not really much of a complaint.

tl;dr I bought one as a placeholder for my .308 and never replaced it because It Just Werkz.
