Tim is a known shill and anything positive or negative that he says is suspect. Even the times he shows a gun "malfunctioning" on camera should be considered suspect. There are certain tricks and sleight of hand that you can do to make a gun malfunction when you want it to, for example holding your thumb firmly against the slide while firing.

I firmly believe that the FTC should bring a lawsuit against him for violating Truth-In-Advertising regulations, if only just to find out how much he is getting paid by IWI, Canik, Beretta, CZ, Arex and some of these other companies that he has never said a negative thing about. I want to know how much (or how little) he can be bought for.

How do you know that? Because the reviewers ALWAYS disclose where they got the gun from. Hickok45 is always repeating, in every single video, that he receives support from Buds Gun Shop, Federal ammo and some other sponsors when relevant. Buds doesn't give him guns or money, they only lend him guns for a short period of time, but he still has to disclose them as a sponsor due to FTC regulations because lending guns counts as support.

Tim, on the other hand, doesn't disclose where he gets his guns or what he's getting from the gun manufacturers under the table. If he is receiving anything at all, and I think it's pretty clear that he is, given all the factory tour videos he has posted separately, then he needs to disclose the relationship or be in violation of the Truth-In-Advertising regulations.
