Anyone here set up an NFA trust?
Did you do it yourself, if not who did you use?

this seems like a rollover way to protect your god given rights.

Pirated quicken willmaker from 2012 has resulted in me receiving 5 stamps and having 1 more pending

I used 199 trust. Got it on sale for like $50. They also have updated them for 41f but I haven't filed anything since the change.
Got 3 stamps on it

I used the silencerco boilerplate trust. I have 2 stamps pending but they likely have 5 or 6 months before I see the stamps so I can't comment on it yet.

Unless u have people that would constantly be using the NFA stuff, there's no point. Now that CLEO's don't need to approve your Form 1/4 It's best to go the individual way unless u have people that want to use them.

Wait you don't have to have law enforcement sign off on it anymore?
>>34570322
Also, I read another benefit is that as a trust you can e-file which speeds up the process. Am I wrong about that?
>>34570358
e-file is gone for anything that an individual would want to do
Bumping for more options
