There's an stg 44 in .22 at my local gun store. Should I spring for it?
>>34567786
Oh it's $500 bucks btw
>>34567786
HMG or GSG?
>>34567792
Considering they cost $450 in worthless Canadian dollars, no.
>>34567792
For that price you should get either a 10/22 and quite a lot of ammo/mods, or something which isn't a .22. Unless you really want to LARP hard as a nazi, in which case you could save some money by getting an airshit stg-44.
>>34567786
No. Had the chance to hold one and mess with it at my lgs while i was waiting for a background check. Thing was shit.
>>34567824
Gsg
It looks like this
I wouldn't pay more than $300 for one. I got a issc scar clone that was made by gsg for $250 and it's surprisingly solid.

$500??????????

This one will likely be like 430 after shipping, taxes and FFL fees. You getting taken boi

Gsg recently put out an mp40 reproduction for 500-600$. Might as well try to find that instead. I've seen mixed reviews however and it's not 100% faithful to the original design

>I don't like fun
>>34567792
NO! they go on armslist for $300
>>34568578
>someone found blinker fluid
fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck

Slavaboos pls go.
>>34568631
SS please leave, no juice in my house.
>>34568679
Thanks for the info reddit
>>34567792
Nah, .22 sucks.
I kinda want to pick one up as a range plinker but then realize I could add real ww2 firearms to the collection for less
>>34567786
If it isn't in 7.92x33 mm Kurz, it ain't a Sturmgewehr..
>>34568776
How much did that P38 cost you? i saw one for $210 a while back at a gun show and have kicked myself ever sense for not buying it. I what to know what a good price is
>mfw living in san francisco and the local dick's has these in stock because .22lr guns aren't subject to the CA AWB
wew
>>34569662
probably wasn't a P38
was probably a postwar P1 (aluminum framed)
still a fantastic price
>>34569725
i didnt really care if it was original. I just wanted larp around like the wehraboo i am
>>34569737
a P1 or postwar P38 is perfect for that
I would have picked up any P38/P1 for that price that was complete and running
>>34569755
great, now i feel like even more of a dipshit for not buying it
>>34567786
Yes. If for no other reason than fun.
>>34568571
It isn't even 10% faithful to the original design except that the GSG gun is also in 9mm. It isn't so much a reproduction as it is a malfunctioning piece of garbage shaped vaguely like an MP40.
>>34567786
do it. good wall gun.
>>34567786
Who cares, it's the same as every other assault rifle out there.
>>34567792
NO.
>>34567786
>Should I spring for basically an airsoft mold over a Ruger 10/22?
No not really.
