Fuck.
I think I loaded some rounds where the inside base of the brass wasn't completely dry so there may be some water residue in the case. Am I fucked? Pull/throw away the bullets?
How do you think you did that but not actually know? Did you load with your eyes closed?
Either way if you're literally loading wet brass you should stop immediately as your chances of killing yourself are incredibly high desu
What the fuck was your brass doing anywhere near water?
Cleaned it in an ultrasonic cleaner. Let it air out for a couple hours after drying off the ouside but apparently that wasn't enough.

Fire it anyway. The powder will be hot enough to burn out the water.

water does not compress.

I'm a little bit concerned about the 1:1,700 expansion ratio of water:steam, and it's effects on chamber pressure. Also hang fires. I'll just shoot it in the lever gun instead of the S&W revolver.

What happens when you use a wet shell?

Worst case scenario is a squib.

OP, pull the bullets and throw away the rest, learn your lesson, move on.

It isn't going to be 32°F inside that shell when it fires you permavirgin
same thing happened to me
loaded moist brass
some rounds went pooof but all projectiles left the barrel
after checking the barrel for 4 separate occasions I just said fuck it and continued shooting
fucked up my match though
This happened to me (with a cap'n'ball revolver). The first try was a dud, so I re-primed, and on the second try it fired.
