THis gun is so weak in PUBG but it is integrally silenced so that's nice. Being a 9mm round it doesn't do much dmg but the ammo is easy to find.

We have access to the AK's technical data package, which amounts to specs, tolerances, metallurgy etc.
9x39 guns are subject to russian state secrecy and their version if ITAR so we don't have that luxury. Only a few scattered parts smuggled in and dubious cad blueprints.
There's been attempts though, none have been successful so far.
