I've magnet fished for a little over a year now but this is by far the coolest thing I've hauled up yet
Already turned it in though because I didn't want my dog shot and I wasn't going to risk shooting it anyway
Probably had a couple bodies on it
Think it would have been safe to fire?
Well that's pretty neat anon. I have been tinkering with the idea of magnet fishing for a while now. Have a bump

>Anon, you turned in a sawed off shotgun. We don't believe your story about finding it while "magnet fishing" and don't believe that's a thing.
>We'll be over to shoot your dog soon since we can't pin this on anyone else and need to make our numbers look good.
>Thank you for being a good citizen

I started with a shop magnet from work that they were throwing away. It would pick up pocket knives and pliers and stuff but you gotta up your power to get the good shit
I've got a 150lb draw magnet oh nylon cord with the top of a dr pepper bottle over it as a sleeve to keep it from getting hung up
Cool as a cucumber anon
Straight up fallout tier looking blaster

Shit like that only probably happens in europe.

Cleaned it up, probably. Depends on age. Looks like a Stevens/Savage but they made them until the 1980's.

He'd be fine, it looks exactly like a gun that was pulled from a river ought to look.

i've got a pretty damn strong permanent magnet anon I think I remember it being around 100lbs of force.

That thing probably murdered someone or there actually was a tragic boating accident. Either way cool find.

it's an NFA item anon, it probably didn't murder anyone.
just some redneck realized it was a federal crime and decided to dump it.

you just don't want a magnet stronger than you can pull or you loose it on an old tractor or something.

Not that guy but I've got an ATV and a Jeep both with winches
