How ghetto country is it to keep ammo in drink bottles?
I mean, they're water proof, air tight, crush resistant, and free

its pretty ghetto to ask /k/ their opinion on anything.

Not OP but I have one.
Pros:
>It's a good plinker
>Very reliable even when I run shit bulk ammo through it.
>The ergos are good but it's a little small in my opinion.
>Disassembly is easy
>Stock sights are nice
Cons:
>Reassembly is a bitch. (You have to use a tool to put the slide back on and it takes a lot of practice to get good with)
>The safety is on the slide (More of a personal opinion really)
Overall it's just a really handy and reliable .22

Forgot to mention: the trigger pull is very good
Totally normal, just like storing hardware (nails, screws, washers) in jars. Thin plastic water bottles aren't really crush resistant when filled with air though. Water is effectively incompressible so sealed containers are crush proof but air can compress a fair amount. Just stick with the sturdy bottles and you're fine.

not needed if the bottles are fully dry. The cap is air tight / water tight.

ive gotten a few giant ass pickle jars from work that I keep my 9mm and 22lr in
one jar will hold around 1100 rounds of 9mm
I keep loose stuff in a eucerin cream jar also in the stock of one of my 22s. A drink bottle seems like a step up.
fun times with the kids

It works, I prefer ammo cans though.
You can fit an entire brick in a 32oz gatorade bottle

If you live in a hot area thats semi humid, just the water in the air is enough, just buy a 1k pack of desicant for 20 bucks you faggot.
