No you don't.
>What should I look out for?
The standalone lower so you can do a custom build. Their upper is trash.
>And also are they good guns to go hunting with?
Hunting what where? It could very well be illegal to hunt deer with 5.56 in your state.
>What kinda scope should I get with it?
Gaze upon the resources linked to within our sticky. http://www.opticsplanet.com/howto/how-to-choose-a-riflescope.html

>What should I look out for?
There is a traditional sporter style stock, like in your op image, and a Monte Carlo style stock. Look em up. Otherwise, they're the same.
>Are they good guns to go hunting with
The .223/556 is not a very good hunting round. The 300 Blackout may be, for some medium game.
>What kind of scope?
Sticky boi. If you're getting a traditional style rifle, I'd go with a 18 inch barrel and a fine ass scope for distance plinking.

Just get a M1A

Neither are a good choice for anything larger than coyote.

What? 5.56 is perfectly fine for varmints/small game, coyotes, and deer.
