Papi only weighs 68lbs. Darling weights at least twice that (possibly 3x that, he's not skin and bones himself) and she carries him with ease. That's with absolutely zero weight training as well. With training, she could probably lift 3.5x to 4x her own weight, although I'm sure more testing would have to be done.

Since harpies don't have fingers, any weapons they use would need to be modified slightly. I don't think it would be a particularly difficult modification though.

I don't know why we assume that. Papi is not a bird, she's a harpy. She hass picked up Kimihito multiple times and has flown off with little impact to her top speed or maneuverability. Kimihitio is a grown japanese man who probably weighs at least 150-160 pounds. That's already more than double Papi's body weight and she does absolutely zero strength training at all. With training and special gear to help distribute the weight, I see no reason why that percentage couldn't be bumped up even higher, topping out at 2.5 or even 3x her weight.
