Just acquired a Universal M1 carbine, made when they still used some USGI parts.
While it's not a military rifle, but a commercial grade one, how many of you would consider it a "sin" to spoterize it in some ways? I'm not talking mall-ninja, just a sight rail or something similar.

M1 Carbine + red dot is my sex machine dream OP.
though I wouldn't do anything that is irreversible so look for mounts that utilize existing hardware on the rifle
