What's /k/s opinion on buying funs online? I want to do

I always buy online if I can save a ton of cash doing it specially on shit like rifles, scopes or large quantity of ammo because it always ends up costing more than a grand.

For small orders with shit like slings or ammo like 22 and 9mm or a pistol I check around in my area but only on the places were I know the people aren't assholes.

I live in Orlando and all the LGS are pretty shit. Full of assholes and tacticool LARPers. Most of the store staff have an attitude problem and if you ask to order something (since all they carry are Glock pistols and M&P ARs) they make a visible stink about it. Fuck them and their shitty customer service.

All of my lgs mark up prices at least 50% and carry nothing but AR15s, glocks, and shotguns. I would feel nothing if they all shut down.

I have a FFL 10 minutes away who does transfers out of a tiny office for cheap and that's all I need.

There is 1 , only 1, LGS within a 50 mile radius that isn't, staffed by absolute assholes who treat all customers like a burden. And ive bought both of my favorite guns from there. I buy online now, because no customer service is better than the toxic attitudes these people have adopted.

I worked a shit customer service job for 3 years and there is absolutely no excuse for their behavior.it's incredibly easy to not be an asshole.

Central Florida sucks ass when it comes to good gunshops. I live in Lakeland AMD there's some OK gun stores around here but not many.

I buy all my ammo and weapons online if I can. I only buy milsurp from LGS if it's cheaper than online, guaranteed all new guns are above msrp because

Correct, you only pay sales tax on ammo if the company is based in California.

Which means LAX ammo gets slapped with sales tax, which is a shame because they sell good stuff for cheap.
