I just got my first fixed stock m70 build back and I realized

M76 buttstock. Enjoy paying HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS.

Century Arms was supposedly coming out with a Warsaw stock to fix the problem but I can't seem to find any info on it. I guess you'd have to either sand that stock down or mount an optic on the gun.

Put your face farther forward. Its the width of the stock comb that causes this problem. A quick fix is to fold a wash cloth up and tape it to the stock where you put your cheek
