Most of those steel pots will stop pistol rounds and shrapnel. There's tons of videos on youtube with guys shooting them with handguns. They're sexy and surprisingly functional. Just hope that a guy with an AR doesn't see your little green noggin poking out.

I ordered a Czech helmet from those guys and got a polish one instead. I didn't mind too much because I just wanted a steel pot and the polish one had an eagle on it but fair warning if you are some kind of Czech sperg or something.

Do it, those and a few other WARPAC helmets are now the go-to cheapo steelies since the M56s dried up. Prices are only going to go up as supplies keep dwindling.
