You don't get a rifle length barrel on a gun powder meant for rifles so you're already losing a lot of the usefulness of the round. It'll probably penetrate like a 38.

Even if it somehow retained it's velocity, now you have a large revolver with as much recoil as a bigger round. Why not get a 9mm or step up to 357 either solves your bullet area problems and would be in a smaller package. If it's just a toy then cool but it would not be any better, probably worse, as a defensive gun compared to what already exists

Sounds like you did your homework, good on you anon. The only other issue I can think of is alignment. I'd imagine it'd be very costly to align the two revolver barrels then align the cylinder to them and you're asking for reliability problems unless it's made very well. I don't think you'll find much interest from upper name brands but it sounds like something Taurus would try, you should pitch it to them with your numbers, if it got popular better names would make it.

No, I mean a lead round nose bullet in one barrel and ratshot in the other. I use 22lr ratshot for snakes, but I run into the problem of an out of range snake occasionally and have to either switch guns or rotate a cylinder to a lead round nose if I know it's there. Both barrels firing at the same time with two different loads would be much quicker.

Go big or go home, I want a four barrel.
