It's been almost a decade. Either someone ordered too much, or we thought we'd be shooting for a few days there and plans changed. Either way the call made was to shoot it.

I might be exaggerating by saying it was as red as a lightsaber, but it was glowing red some. It was easier to see because shooting all that extra had us there until after sun down.

FN made a new 1 hole gas plug for the m240 series, because retards used the highest gas setting instead of waiting for sluggish operation to crank it up. This was paired with linking all the gunners ammo into 1 long chain cus 'murica. The result was literal bent barrels. The idea was when you could not clean the gun in combat, you could up the amount of gas to raise the rate of fire back up to normal, but on a clean gun, it overclocked it upwards of 200+ RPM

its the equivalent of marines cranking up their M2s timing nuts to increase rate of fire to dangerous levels of retardation
