Google proper stances, proper sight picture, and proper grip. Practice the basics for hours until they are more natural than breathing. Stay consistent and get a fucking stock if you want accuracy

You're going to suck balls until you learn proper consistant form. You can free style and be okay eventually but you'll never be as good as someone who spent an equal amount of time do it the right way.

Thumbs forward grip with either weaver or isoceles stance on an automatic pistol is the only way to practice. Also, dry fire while aiming at a can from 10 yards in your house until you can squeeze the trigger without your sights leaving the can even after the click. Later move to a half dollar. Once you get good at this you'll notice you're somehow even better at freestyling than everyone else too (I play horse while target shooting with my friends from all sorts of unusual grips and angles).

If you are OP, what made you think a pistol-grip shotgun was a good idea?

Wouldn't have used our own Mossberg 500 Pistol grip shotguns without a SAPI plate to take the brunt of the recoil.

A good friend of mine, the fucker could eat a gallon of ice cream, a large pizza, and 3 decent sized omletes a day for a year and i guarantee he won't gain shit! I have a metabolism of a 40 year old man from being born prematurely. I gain weight fast, though, the same goes for muscle.
